What types of real estate media services do you offer?

At StellarDock, we provide a comprehensive range of real estate media services designed to showcase properties in their best light. Our offerings include photography, video walkthroughs, aerial drone footage, virtual tours, and floor plans. Each service is tailored to highlight the unique features of your property, ensuring potential buyers can envision themselves within the space.

What areas do you serve?

At StellarDock, we proudly serve a variety of locations to meet your real estate media needs. Our primary focus is on regions within a 25 km radius from Whangarei CBD, where we offer our services at no additional charge. For clients located outside this radius, a fee of $0.72 per kilometer will be applied based on the total distance calculated using Google Maps.
Note: The distance charged reflects the actual route taken to your destination, which may be longer than the straight-line measurement. If you’re located outside of our standard service zones, please reach out to us! We’re always open to discussing travel options and accommodating special requests to ensure we can assist you in showcasing your property effectively.

How do you ensure the quality of your real estate photos and videos?

Quality is at the heart of what we do. We utilize equipment, including the Sony A7III for photography and the Sony FX3 for video, to capture stunning visuals. Our team employs professional lighting techniques, meticulous composition, and post-production editing to deliver captivating imagery that resonates with your target audience.

How long does it take to receive the final media after the shoot?

We understand that timely delivery is crucial in real estate marketing. Typically, you can expect to receive your edited photos and videos within 48 to 72 hours after the shoot (often before). For larger projects or specialized services, we will communicate the expected timeline upfront, ensuring you are always in the loop.

Can I choose the specific features or areas of the property that you highlight?

Absolutely! We believe in collaboration and welcome your input. Before the shoot, we will discuss the property’s standout features and any specific areas you want to emphasize. This ensures the final media aligns perfectly with your vision and marketing strategy.

Do you offer packages for multiple services?

Yes, we provide a variety of packages to suit different needs and budgets. Our bundles, such as Stellar Basics and Luxury Experience, combine multiple services for a cohesive marketing approach. We’re happy to customize a package that meets your specific requirements, ensuring you get the best value for your investment.

Do you offer any incentives for loyal customers and referrals?

At StellarDock, we genuinely appreciate our loyal clients and want to show our gratitude for your continued support. For repeat customers, we offer a Loyalty Appreciation Program! After your third booking with us, you’ll receive a complimentary add-on service, such as a drone aerial view or a mini photo session to highlight additional features of your property. What if the weather isn’t ideal on the day of the shoot?

Weather can be unpredictable, but we are well-prepared for such situations. If conditions are not suitable for an outdoor shoot, especially for drone footage, we will work with you to reschedule or adapt the shoot to focus on interior features. We can also explore alternative angles or details that showcase the property's charm indoors. Our goal is to ensure your property is presented beautifully, regardless of external factors.

How do you handle cancellations or rescheduling?

We understand that life can be unpredictable, especially in real estate. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we request at least 24 hours notice to ensure we can adjust our schedule accordingly. We strive to be flexible and will work with you to find a new time that fits your needs. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible while maintaining the highest level of service.

What if I’m not satisfied with the final media?

Your satisfaction is our top priority. At StellarDock, we strive to deliver our best work, understanding that creativity is a learning process. If you’re not fully satisfied with the final media, we offer up to two revisions to address your feedback and refine the visuals. Our aim is to collaborate with you to achieve the perfect representation of your property. We appreciate your understanding as we continually strive for excellence!
